Legal Information and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus. However, we retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
